Our tiles are sold by the full box of 12 tiles, which covers 0.48 sqm for 200 x 200 mm square tiles and 0.41 sqm for 230 x 200 mm hexagonal. We recommend ordering 10-15% overage to account for cuts, layout and any installation damage.

We aim to keep stock of our entire range, so you don’t have to wait. When a tile is out of stock or low in quantity this will be noted on our website. If a tile is out of stock, the wait time can be as much as 16 weeks.

Delivery can be arranged Australia wide. In most instances we personally deliver our tiles in preference to using a commercial carrier, this way we can be confident your tiles will arrive in good order. We are committed to providing our clients with the most cost-effective shipping available. As each order is different, cost and timing for delivery will vary.

If you are located in Melbourne, then there is no charge for delivery for an order size of five boxes or more.

Free delivery is also available throughout Victoria subject to minimum order quantity (variable by region).

Outside of Victoria, delivery charge varies depending on the size of your order and your location. Please get in touch with us so we can provide you with an estimate. All we need is a postcode for the delivery and an estimate of the quantity you require.

Yes, we offer up to four samples for free, we only ask that you cover the shipping cost which is $15 for 1-2 tiles, $20 for 3 tiles or $25 for a 4-tile set. They are the actual full tile, not a part thereof.

If it more samples you are seeking, we can arrange that for you. The charge for each tile over the first four free is $6, and the shipping varies depending on location and quantity ordered, please contact us for a price.

No. We only sell direct as it means we can always offer the best customer experience from the moment you contact us through to delivery of your tiles and beyond. It also means we can minimise overall costs and therefore offer the lowest possible price.

We are based in regional Victoria, North Central district near the town of Seymour.

No, we operate exclusively online, and our warehouse is not open to the public. Instead, we kindly invite you to order samples, where you can experience the visual qualities of the tiles within the familiar surroundings of your own home.

Collection from the warehouse is not available. But the good news is we deliver free of charge for orders of five or more boxes to metro Melbourne and regional locations in North Central Victoria. Free delivery is also available throughout Victoria subject to minimum order quantity (variable by region).

We would love to provide you with the exact colour you are looking for however we unfortunately can’t offer colour customisation for small orders. We do take on board requests and if we can work it into our plan then we will, however it is not something we can routinely offer or promise.

Our only international destination for shipping is New Zealand, subject to minimum order. Please contact us for more details.
